- Letter of employment stating salary, position, and length of employment. (if self employed, a letter from your certified public accountant.)
- Last two year’s tax returns (first two pages only)
- Most recent bank statement
- Two most recent consecutive pay stubs
- Verification of any additional income (i.e. trust fund, portfolio statement)
- Clear copy of Photo ID

Ahhh! I knew it was coming, but still… no more F V stop… now it’s the F M… I’ll miss you, V.
The V was great because no one would be on it while coming home from work at night, so I’d get to shoot some video footage of me alone on the subway. I’d even sing sometimes too! Oh well… the M better not disappoint!
