It’s freezing out there! When I shot this, it was below zero and the last thing you want to do when searching for an apartment is run around in sub zero weather! Work with an agent like myself who is a market expert and stop freezing your #$% off meeting inexperienced agents in the street. I have a funny story in this video as well, of another agent who left his client frozen and unfulfilled!

menu pages app now on iPhone

Finally! In Manhattan, many of us rely on menu pages to order online. Finally it’s on our iPhones! I think it’s even better than their website, which can never seem to keep me logged in! This app uses your current location via gps and locations appear on the map! And of course it’s free in the app store!

I’m not sure I have ever seen a real estate agent not only point out a negative aspect of an apartment, but paint such a visual image of it like that. I guess if I leave my apartment and forget my cell phone, it’s gonna be 240 steps!
